Return and Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them.

Return

1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
   
   

2. Return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), and keep proof of return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
   

3. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
   
   
   

4. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
